We deliver throughout selected areas of South Africa.
Delivery fees are calculated during checkout or quoted before payment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Live Plants
Plants are living products. Every plant is unique and may vary in size, colour and fullness from the photographs shown on our website.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs.
We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.
Returns
Returns are generally not accepted for healthy live plants because of their perishable nature.
Non-living products may be returned in unused condition within 7 days, subject to approval.
Incorrect Orders
If we have sent the wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
